6-Year Maintenance
Stored pressure extinguishers are disassembled, inspected, and recharged to maintain functionality.
12-Year Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Pressure vessels are tested to verify strength against leaks or ruptures.
5-Year Class K Hydrostatic Testing
Kitchen-rated extinguishers undergo specialized hydrostatic testing every 5 years.

Our Extinguisher Recharge Process
Initial Inspection
The extinguisher is checked for external damage, pressure levels, and signs of tampering.
Discharge & Disassembly
The extinguisher is safely discharged, then disassembled so all internal parts can be examined.
Internal Cleaning & Inspection
The cylinder is cleaned, inspected for corrosion or defects, and hydro-tested if required.
Refill with Approved Agent
The extinguisher is refilled with the correct extinguishing agent (ABC powder, COâ‚‚, Class K, etc.), using manufacturer-approved materials.
Reassembly & Pressure Charging
All parts are replaced or serviced as needed, then the unit is re-pressurized to meet NFPA standards.
Leak Test & Quality Check
The unit undergoes a leak test and full functional check to confirm readiness.
Certification & Tagging
A new inspection tag is applied with service details, and documentation is issued for compliance records.
