Annual Inspections

Wet Sprinkler System Inspection

A systematic examination and evaluation of a sprinkler system to ensure that it is in proper working condition and compliant with fire safety codes and regulations

A systematic examination and testing of emergency lighting systems in buildings to ensure they are functioning properly and capable of providing adequate illumination during power outages or emergency situations.

A thorough examination and testing of a fire pump system to ensure its proper functioning and reliability in supplying water to fire protection systems, such as sprinkler systems or standpipe systems, in the event of a fire.

A systematic evaluation of a building's standpipe system to ensure its proper functioning and compliance with fire safety codes and regulations. Standpipe systems are designed to provide a ready and reliable source of water for firefighters to use during firefighting operations in multi-story buildings.

Dry Sprinkler System Inspection

A systematic examination and evaluation of a sprinkler system to ensure that it is in proper working condition and compliant with fire safety codes and regulations

A process in which the fire safety features and measures within an individual residential unit or suite are assessed to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations.

A routine evaluation and maintenance procedure conducted on fire extinguishers to ensure their proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations performed by one of our certified fire protection technicians.

A thorough evaluation of a fire suppression system installed in a building or facility. Suppression systems are designed to suppress or extinguish fires automatically or manually, using various methods such as water, foam, gas, or chemical agents.

A procedure performed to assess the integrity and strength of the Fire Department Connections (FDC), which is a crucial component of a building's fire protection system. The FDC is the point where firefighters connect their hoses to the building's standpipe or sprinkler system to access a water supply during firefighting operations.

Regular maintenance tasks performed on a fire pump system on a weekly basis. Fire pumps are critical components of fire protection systems, responsible for providing water flow and pressure to the sprinkler system during a fire emergency.

The process of verifying and adjusting the accuracy of gas detection instruments or sensors used to detect the presence of hazardous gases or vapors in the environment.

Dry system trip Testing is conducted to ensure the proper operation of the system by simulating a fire event without using actual fire.

Winterization is a process carried out in dry pipe fire sprinkler systems to protect them from freezing temperatures.

Standpipe systems consist of a series of pipes and valves that are installed vertically throughout a building to provide access to water for firefighting purposes. These systems are particularly important in high-rise buildings where it may be challenging for firefighters to reach all areas with their equipment.
The purpose of a 5-year flow test for standpipe systems is to ensure their proper functioning and reliability in the event of a fire.
